We will gladly resharpen your knives to a factory sharp edge ( please no serrated Knives) We ask that you fill out the following information and send it with the knife/ves so we can service and safely return your knife in a timely manner. The knife must be shipped, prepaid and insured, together with a description of the problem. USPS, UPS, FED EX, etc
